Milestone

Built-in pages

What shipped

This increment adds a conservative implementation-local built-in page definition vocabulary under definition.views for kind: built-in pages in pages/dashboard/.

Covered requirements:

  • DLS-PAGE-001
  • DLS-PAGE-002
  • DLS-PAGE-003
  • DLS-PAGE-004
  • DLS-PAGE-005
  • DLS-PAGE-006
  • DLS-PAGE-007
  • DLS-PAGE-008
  • DLS-PAGE-009
  • DLS-PAGE-010
  • DLS-PAGE-011
  • DLS-PAGE-012
  • DLS-PAGE-013
  • DLS-PAGE-014

Specification sections covered:

  • Section 10.1
  • Section 10.2

Implementation details:

  • Added built-in page definition to the validator vocabulary.
  • Added conservative validation that a built-in page definition contains a non-empty views sequence.
  • Added conservative required-source coverage validation: each built-in page must include at least one declared view per required logical source from the existing source catalog.
  • Added positive tests for built-in pages that satisfy the new conservative declarative definition shape.
  • Added negative tests for missing built-in definitions and incomplete required-source coverage.

Quality gates

Ran from pages/dashboard/:

  • npm install
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm run lint
  • npm test
  • npm run test:e2e ⚠️ blocked by infrastructure

Blockers

Playwright end-to-end tests are still blocked in this environment because the Chromium executable is not provisioned:

  • browserType.launch: Executable doesn't exist

This blocker was recorded in pages/dashboard/PLAN.md.

Specification questions

Section 10 still does not define a specification-backed YAML key for embedding declarative built-in page definitions alongside kind: built-in and page. This increment therefore uses a conservative implementation-local definition.views key and records the ambiguity in pages/dashboard/PLAN.md.

Next milestone

Built-in pages: validate that built-in declarative definitions cover the conservative content obligations of each canonical page without inventing presenter semantics.
