• Added presenter rendering for the built-in findings page in pages/dashboard/src/presenter.js.
• The prototype now renders:
  • finding summary
  • severity
  • status
  • scope (organization, repository, workflow)
  • observed time
  • available issue-link, pull-request-link, and run-link
  • independent availability, completeness, and freshness page summaries
  • source provenance text
• Preserved absent-link rows without fabricating placeholder links, rendering them as unavailable instead.
• Added jsdom unit coverage in pages/dashboard/test/unit/presenter.test.js.
• Added Playwright browser coverage in pages/dashboard/test/e2e/smoke.spec.js.
• Updated pages/dashboard/PLAN.md with the completed slice and run log.

Built-in pages — render one additional Section 10 built-in page from the declarative definitions, or extract the first reusable presentation component needed by that rendering.
