Implemented the next built-in page presenter slice for the usage page.

• DLS-PAGE-010: renders the built-in usage page with each raw-token measure kept separate from AIC, plus engine, requested model, resolved model, scope, rollout mode, time, and provenance.
• DLS-PAGE-014: renders independent availability, completeness, and freshness summaries for the same built-in page.
