  • requested evidence time
  • effective evidence cutoff
  • maturity time and status
  • separate baseline delta
  • evidence links when available
• Added deterministic chronological ordering and conservative absent-value handling for optional delta and evidence-link fields.
• Added unit and browser tests in:
  • pages/dashboard/test/unit/presenter.test.js
  • pages/dashboard/test/e2e/smoke.spec.js
• Updated pages/dashboard/PLAN.md with the completed slice and run log.
