• Recorded an additional report-derived parity inventory slice in pages/dashboard/PLAN.md for page-level visual patterns already implemented by the generic renderer.
• Re-read dashboard/report/report.mjs and documented the currently matched presentation surfaces conservatively: responsive overview section structure, Primer-style sidebar and breadcrumb navigation, report-style header/footer chrome, retained interactive transitions, and reusable safe link surfaces.
• Made no renderer or schema changes in this increment because the current slice was limited to conservative parity inventory closure work already demonstrated by the existing implementation.

• Section 14 / DLS-TEST-* as evidence-only verification of already-implemented behavior.
• Parity milestone follow-up against the non-normative visual reference dashboard/report/report.mjs.
