Blockers

Section 8 defines required logical-source metadata outside dashboard YAML, but Section 4.2 currently provides no document vocabulary for embedding or referencing that metadata in a custom view. This PR records the ambiguity in pages/dashboard/PLAN.md and keeps the implementation on the most conservative reading.
Browser end-to-end tests cannot launch until the workflow environment provisions the Playwright browser binary.
