Daily Go Test Parallelizer
Analyzed batch of 25 Go test files (pkg/cli/bootstrap_profile_manifest_test.go through pkg/cli/codemod_discussion_trigger_categories_test.go, following round-robin state pkg/cli/bootstrap_profile_inference_test.go). All top-level tests and table-driven subtests eligible for t.Parallel() already have it applied. Files flagged unsafe (bootstrap_profile_runner_test.go, branch_file_reader_test.go, ci_test.go due to t.Setenv/global mutation) were correctly left unchanged, and pkg/cli/checks_command_test.go already documents and enforces non-parallel serialization for its captureOutput helper via a mutex.
