Daily Go Test Parallelizer
Batch analysis of 25 codemod test files in pkg/cli/ (codemod_mount_as_clis_test.go through codemod_timeout_minutes_test.go) found that all top-level Test functions and table-driven subtests already have t.Parallel() applied. No unsafe patterns (env/global/chdir/ports) were found, but no changes were needed since parallelization is already complete. Advanced cache state to last_file=pkg/cli/codemod_timeout_minutes_test.go for the next round-robin run.
