The three background test-writer sub-agents launched for the top 3 candidates did not produce usable output after multiple nudges, so I verified coverage directly. Since every inspected candidate is already well-tested, no PR was warranted. All 16 inspected keys were recorded in cache memory as noop so the next run advances to genuinely low-coverage candidates; the precompute coverage_source appears stale relative to the current test suite and may need investigating.
