Daily Reliability Review Sentry MCP server not available in this environment. Cannot query telemetry data for reliability review. The daily reliability review workflow requires Sentry MCP tools to access spans, errors, and logs datasets.

Sentry backend contains the full dataset but no MCP server is configured to access it.
